Glass walking activity:Glass walking is an activity that involves walking barefoot on broken glass. We use it as an activity in some of our workshops and training events as an opportunity for people to experience 'getting out of their own way' to do something that appears impossible. It becomes a great metaphor for achieving challenging (maybe seemingly impossible) goals in life and in business and people remember their glass walking experience forever.
